Each Bagua Principles Class follows this format:
Quiet Sitting
Power Standing
Visualization and power cultivation
Linear and circular stepping
All students are eligible to participate in the Bagua Research Class as long as they have a grasp of the Principles.
Here we explore the deeper layers of Nine Dragon Bagua such as combat games and applications.
